Be ready to go with this HIIT style yoga class! Explore functional fitness, cardio and weightlifting in a basic yoga setting.

BOOTCAMP

Don’t want a second membership to the gym? Come to bootcamp! This is not yoga. A HIIT style fitness class with cardio and functional movements.

RESTORE

If you’re looking to press the restart button or take an active rest day, this is the class for you. You will be guided through postures with calming music while sitting or laying down that will help you feel rejuvenated. Good for bikers, climbers, skaters, athletes, yogis, moms, grandmas, and friends. Light to no heat.

YOGA CLASSES

Find the perfect combination of movement and relaxation with one of our 3 levels of yoga classes:
L1 – Get ready for a full body stretch with a slower pace flow that builds on foundational yoga postures. The class will slowly work every muscle group through intentional breath and movement. Great for beginners and people looking to refine their foundation. Light to no heat.
L2 – Find the perfect combination of movement and relaxation in this medium pace flow with calming melodies to help bring mobility and peace into your everyday life. Great for anyone with a basic yoga or fitness practice. Heated to 85 degrees.
L3 – This class will challenge your mind and your body. Here you will find movement with power as well as an added layer of complexity in postures. Expect to find your edge. Great for people who want to sweat. Heated to 90 degrees.

SCULPT 30

Be ready to go with this HIIT style yoga class! Explore functional fitness, cardio and weightlifting in a basic yoga setting. Burn fat, gain muscle, and hit your goals with 30 Minute Sculpt. Light dumbbells. Great if you’re looking to lose weight and get toned. No added heat.

BOOTCAMP

Don’t want a second membership to the gym? Come to bootcamp! This is not yoga. A HIIT style fitness class with cardio and functional movements. Light dumbbells and light kettlebells. Good for all levels, weight loss and gaining strength. No added heat. Bring your shoes!
